He joined the company in 1997 as a young South African Surveyor and became a shareholder and Director in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Craig has a passion for Architecture and the built environment and has had a hand at designing the layout of many urban subdivisions that now make up some of the towns around the Franklin district. Todd is a local who grew up in Mangatangi and completed his schooling at Auckland Grammar.<\/p>\n<p>He started working for The Surveying Company in 2003 and after a couple of years in London where he worked as Site Engineer and Land Surveyor, he returned to a full-time role initially as the Survey Manager and then progressed to TSC Partner in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Todd is a skilled project manager and is the lead role in many small and large-scale subdivisions and urban developments. Todd ensures his projects achieve the client&rsquo;s vision through his experience across the board in all components of land development.
