Poultry Sheds

The project encompassed the construction of 12 poultry sheds, an office block, accommodation for workers including four houses, a large stormwater detention pond, and significant road infrastructure.

A comprehensive topographical survey was conducted initially, enabling engineers to design building platforms, entrances, access tracks, and stormwater systems.

TSC's planners secured various district and regional land use consents required for the project, covering activities such as Poultry Rearing, Earthworks, Stormwater and Air Discharge, and consent for multiple dwellings on a single title.

Collaboration with the client and landscape architects was a highlight, as plans were developed and sheds were designed to integrate and complement the natural surroundings.
