Pukekohe Housing Development

Nestled at the western boundary of Pukekohe township, our development has quickly emerged as one of the most sought-after locations in the region. Not only does it enrich the community by complimenting the construction of a new school adjacent and an early childhood learning centre built within its bounds, but it also offers residents stunning north-westerly views and proximity to town.

Because the land was owned by different landowners/developers, we needed to make sure that we collaborated well with the landowners so the developments could seamlessly integrate with one another. This was an enjoyable aspect of the job, collaborating closely with stakeholders who each contributed their unique perspectives, adding depth and diversity to the project.
